An expertly crafted intricate vodka made from a blend of five hand-foraged organic British seaweeds creating undercurrent flavours of umami. This subtle depth of flavour is further enhanced by ripples of wasabi, galangal, yuzu, bergamot and sea buckthorn dancing on the surface.
Each bottle of botanical vodka is separately vacuum distilled to keep it as fresh as possible and as nature intended. Finally, a pinch of Dorset sea salt is added to re-mineralise the purest of water with which the spirit is cut.
