A good backbone of acidity is needed to make really refreshing whites and rosés that still taste great when chilled and this case features wine from hot climates in Spain, France, Greece and Sicily. When evening comes, there are flavoursome, structured reds to enjoy with a barbeque or simply on their own. We’ve cheated - good quality Prosecco has to come from a cool climate, but we couldn’t resist including a bottle because it’s just so delicious on a hot sunny day!
