For the Briotett apricot liqueur, they select only the most delicious variety of apricot : the “Bergeron” apricot. Harvested in August in the Rhone valley (south of France) they leave the apricots to macerate for several months in a mixture of water and very fine French neutral alcohol.
You can drink it neat on the rocks, or with a dry or sparkling white wine. As for cocktails, give “Paradise” a go: 4cl of gin, 2cl of Briottet Apricot liqueur, and 4cl of orange juice.
